Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only in case of defects upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable for customized or personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact our customer service team.

  • Scented candles that have been used or opened
